Thursday, August 30th marks the close of our 2018 Summer Season.

The museum will be closed for a private event on Friday, August 31st.

The Wine and Cheese Auction, our biggest fundraiser of the year, is taking place October 20th! This event will be a wonderful evening of live music, delicious food from local restaurants, a variety of wines, and of course both a Silent and a Live auction. Doors open 5:30pm. Tickets will be available from the museum starting September 10th for $25 each.

The Gem's annual Craft and Hobby Show is taking place November 3rd from 10am to 3pm. Admission by donation to the museum. Come on out and find that perfect holiday gift from among a variety of products from local artists, crafters, and vendors! The Gem of the West Museum Society is pleased to be hosting the 23rd annual Carol Festival on December 7th! Doors open 6:30, performance begins at 7pm. Come and enjoy the music of the season from talented local choirs, singers, and musicians! Admission by donation.

The Gem of the West Museum Society office will be closed from December 22nd until January 1st, 2019. We will re-open on January 2nd.

The Gem of the West Museum Society's AGM is taking place on March 6th at 7pm at the museum. All members of our community are invited and encouraged to attend!
