“Swing into Spring” Concert and Dessert Auction
"Swing into Spring" Concert and Dessert Auction, April 26th, featuring musician Gabriel Thaine. Doors open 6:30, event begins at 7pm. Tickets $20 each, includes 1 drink token, available for purchase in advance from the museum (any unsold tickets will be available at the door).

Come on by the museum on Saturday, May 18th for an admission by donation "sneak peek" at the museum prior to our official opening on May 21st! We have two new exhibits to enjoy, as well as refreshments and the opportunity to meet and welcome our summer Museum Assistant.

The Gem of the West Museum opens for the 2019 Summer Season on May 21st! The museum will be open throughout the summer on Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 4 pm, and Saturdays from 9am to 3pm (unless closed to accommodate a private event).

The museum will operate reduced hours to accommodate a private rental of the facility, and will be open to the public from 9am to 12 noon only on Saturday, May 25th.

Centennial Homecoming activities will be taking place in the facility on Saturday, August 3rd. This event is open to the public, however, museum staff will not be present.

Come on out for an Open House on Heritage Day, Monday August 5th, when the museum will be open from 10am to 2pm! Enjoy refreshments, ice-cream making, a scavenger hunt, kids crafts, and a blacksmith shop demonstration with the opportunity to bring home a unique souvenir of the museum! Admission by donation.
